Q: Do you have to qualify to attend CHEERSPORT Individual & Stunt Group Nationals?
A: We do not require that individuals or stunt groups qualify or attend other CHEERSPORT events to attend our Nationals.

Q: When will you post the competition and warm-up schedules?
A: Detailed competition schedules will be posted the Monday preceding the competition by 5pm. A warm-up schedule will be posted the Wednesday preceding the competition by 5pm. These schedules are subject to change. Final schedules will be available on the day of the event.

Q: What is CHEERSPORT's policy on personal video taping and photography?
A: Video cameras and flash photography are allowed at CHEERSPORT's Individual & Stunt Group Nationals.

Q: Who do I contact if I have a question about the competition schedule?
A: Individuals and stunt groups should have the team representative that registered them call us at 888-READY-OK or they can utilize the feedback area of our website.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
A: The receipt you received after registering your team online serves as your confirmation.

Q: Does CHEERSPORT provide spotters?
A: Cheer and Dance individuals are prohibited from having a spotter. Coed stunt couples are required to have a spotter present during their routine. Stunt Groups can elect to have a spotter but are not required to do so.

CHEERSPORT does not provide spotters. It is the responsibility of the stunt group to find an appropriately qualified spotter. Sotters should be especially aware that they must limit their involvement on the competition floor to spotting. Their presence on the floor must remain 'hands-off' and is intended only to ensure a safe dismount from a stunt or pyramid in the event of a fall.

Any activity by a spotter that appears to provide any undue competitive advantage (such as 'saving' a stunt, assisting in the building of a stunt or otherwise providing guidance or instruction to the competitors while on the floor) may result in a penalty against that stunt group at the discretion of the head judge and/or competition director.
